Presented by Barbecue Asylum which is made up of the Australian 2020 SCA Ancillary Points Champions and multi award wining babecuers Shane and Chloe Scott from Barbecue Asylum Competition BBQ Team.
In this class we will be cooking on a variety of BBQs such as:
Drum smoker, Pellet Grill, Webers, Reverse Flow Offset and Cyprus Grill
We will be covering:
Trimming of meats including:
Beef Short Ribs, Pork Shoulder, Lamb Racks, Rump Cap and Chicken Wings
Immersive cooking demonstrations including:
-Beef Short Ribs
-Pork Shoulder
-Lamb Racks
-Caveman Style Reverse Seared Rump Cap Tacos with Charred Capsicuim Salsa
-Smoked Brisket (mince) Cheeseburgers with Chilli Bacon Jam (including mincing the perfect burger)
-Jamacian Jerk Chicken
-Mexican Street Corn
-Apple Smoked New York Style Cheesecake
You will be graizing on the BBQ that is cooked thoughout the day.
