Showcasing Hentley Farm’s unique and museum collection, this special event will take you on a journey through premium Barossa wines, thoughtfully paired with a four-course menu created by the Hotel Boston kitchen.

From elegant whites through to beautifully aged and iconic reds, each pairing has been selected to complement the food and showcase the character, craftsmanship and story behind Hentley Farm.

Dietary Requirements
To ensure we can provide the highest quality dining experience, all dietary requirements must be advised no later than one week prior to the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate menu changes or dietary requests advised closer to, or on, the day of the event.

Seating Arrangements
If you wish to be seated with another booking, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate requests received before this time, we are unable to make seating changes on the night.
