Country music is coming to The Groundz!
STOMPING GROUNDZ will bring a massive live country music event to the Illawarra, featuring award winning national artists alongside outstanding local performers.
With multiple zones, great food, bars, and attractions spread across the precinct, STOMPING GROUNDZ promises a huge country music experience in one of the region’s most unique event settings.
Gates open at 12:00pm and the event concludes at 11:00pm.

DETAILS ABOUT THE EVENT
Set across the unique precinct of The Groundz, STOMPING GROUNDZ will deliver a vibrant country music street fair atmosphere with live music, food, bars and attractions located throughout a mix of indoor and outdoor areas across the site.
What’s included:
• Live country music across the precinct all afternoon and evening
• Line dancing sessions across the day
• A great lineup of food trucks serving up all your favourites
• Multiple bars and pop up bars across the precinct
• Break out chill zones to relax and unwind
• Sheep shearing, reptile and cow milking demonstrations
• Rural and animal displays
TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets will be released in stages and numbers are limited.
First release tickets are extremely limited and available at a discounted rate until sold out.
VIP tickets are strictly limited and available until sold out.
Once ticket allocations are exhausted, the next ticket release will be made available at the next pricing level.
Ticket price includes general admission to STOMPING GROUNDZ Country Music event. This is an all weather event designed as a large scale country music experience, with artists performing throughout the afternoon and evening and attractions spread across multiple zones throughout the site.
Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price and will be available for purchase throughout the event from bars and food vendors located across the site.
IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION
Walking between areas of the site will be required. Please wear comfortable footwear as some stages and event areas may be located on bitumen or concrete surfaces.
While this event is family friendly, it is primarily designed as a live music event and will not specifically cater to children.
Children under 5 years of age and prams or strollers are not permitted within the event.
Children attending must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Guests are welcome to bring a chair for the Main Stage area. However, artists and stages will be spread across the site.
In wet weather please bring a raincoat. Hats and sunscreen are encouraged. Umbrellas are not permitted.
No outside food, alcohol, glass containers, illegal substances, weapons or drones are permitted to be brought into the event.. Bags will be checked at the gates.
Security guards and event marshals will be positioned at entry points and throughout the site checking bags and monitoring the event. Any disorderly or unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.
Bars will be EFTPOS only. Food trucks will accept both cash and EFTPOS. Alcohol will be served in cans or plastic cups throughout the event. Glass will not be used except within designated VIP areas.
Some licensed areas within the event will be strictly 18+.
Limited free parking will be available at both the front and rear of The Groundz. The Groundz is within walking distance of the Dapto train station and bus services.
First aid services will be available onsite.
Patrons leaving the event site will not be permitted re-entry.
Entry is subject to venue conditions of entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron for intoxication, disorderly behaviour or failure to comply with event conditions.
By entering the event site, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Event programming, artist lineup and performance times may be subject to change where required. Other entertainment is also subject to change.
REFUND AND EVENT POLICY
This event is an open air event with various indoor and outdoor areas across The Groundz site. Some stages will be indoors and others outdoors. This is an all weather event.
This event is subject to presale benchmark requirements.
In the unlikely event that presale targets are not met, extreme weather occurs, or another circumstance outside of our control arises, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled.
If the event is rescheduled to an alternate date, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date.
If the event is cancelled entirely, a full refund minus booking fees will be issued within 28 days.
By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We do not accept liability for any additional costs, losses or compensation associated with date changes or event cancellation.
Patrons attend the event at their own risk. The event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury except where required by law.
Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.
